E COMMERCE MANAGER

Goodhood is looking for a senior E Commerce Manager to oversee all  E Commerce functionality. The role requires a versatile individual who is as at home producing long term communications strategies as implementing specific UX updates. The role will lead a team a team of 5 to deliver an optimised experience across Goodhood’s digital platforms while understanding the subtleties of Goodhood brand ethos. The role requires an individual with wide experience of implementing specific tasks for a team across Acquisition, CRM, UX, UI and marketing working with Goodhood’s in house team and external agencies. The role is based at Goodhood’s head office, a town house based in the heart of Shoreditch, where all Goodhood’s operational tasks are undertaken. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Goodhood Commerce team to deliver increased performance 
  • Develop meaningful strategy and delivery performance of all referral tools 
  • Develop a long term communications strategy with the objective of reaching a peak level of personalisation that fits the current business 
  • Extract customer data from analytical tools and deepen Goodhood knowledge of its customers 
  • Manage the user experience of the website, including site navigation, content development and checkout function 
  • Facilitate medium and long term plans of deliverables for Goodhood digital development programme
  • Identify new areas of Ecommerce opportunity beyond current organisational thinking 
  • Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop Ecommerce solutions 
  • Create effective online marketing strategy in line with wider brand objectives 
  • Develop digital marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are tracked and evaluated 
  • Develop a seamless shopping experience between online and retail 
  • Oversee the day to day running of the Goodhood website 
  • Report on KPIs and identify site improvement opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

You will have demonstrable experience of developing a medium sized Ecommerce business and understand what the strategic road map of a business like that, might look like. You’ll be passionate about all areas of Ecommerce with a proven practical ability. You will also have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a management Ecommerce role
  • Experience specifically in clothing retail, ideally multi-brand  
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Outstanding analytical skills with strong experience interpreting test results 
  • Extensive knowledge of Ecommerce technology and sophisticated analytics 
  • Ability to determine appropriate visuals for ecom activations and how to analyse them 
  • Important that you have an appreciation for premium brands as an understanding of premium or luxury consumer

Goodhood is looking for a Customer Retention Management Executive with a proven record of delivering value across CRM functions. The candidate will be able to demonstrate a pragmatical approach to strategy and be clearly able to analyse data to formulate strategic goals. The role is based at Goodhood’s head office, a town house based in the heart of Shoreditch, where all Goodhood’s operational tasks are undertaken.  

Responsibilities

  • Lead in driving CRM development for the brand, assisting marketing with development of a single customer view database and establishing CRM activity
  • Work with Brand Marketing Teams to ensure all communications are integrated into overall marketing brand strategy
  • Develop & supervise the implementation of the Loyalty Strategy including CRM activities but also managing our overall customer communications
  • Implement personalisation and customer segmentation
  • Work closely with analytics to draw customer insights and understand long term impact on CRM and Loyalty activities
  • Monitoring the behaviour of visitors to the website and make recommendations to improve site conversion and drive sales revenue together with the User Experience team 
  • Developing plans that deliver digital marketing communication campaigns manage the tactical execution of those plans to return positive ROI
  • Continuing to identify new opportunities to maximise traffic and drive revenue and look to include these into future planning 

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll have a business related degree, with demonstrable experience in Marketing Online and CRM Management. You’ll be passionate about scientific and data driven marketing, customers understanding and CRM management. You will also have:

  • Proven ability to plan strategically and operate tactically digital marketing campaigns particularly around Email, PPC, SEO, Remarketing and Social Media
  • Ideally you will have experience in a multi brand retailer

Goodhood has a desire to be a disruptive force in the generic Ecommerce market. We are looking for a UX specialist to implement future development improvements to Goodhood’s custom built  Ecommerce platform. Working with a team of 5 and reporting to Goodhood's directors, who are from a design background, the role requires a methodical thinker who is a proven self starter. The role is based at Goodhood’s head office, a town house based in the heart of Shoreditch, where all Goodhood’s operational tasks are undertaken. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing and introducing new functionality to the Goodhood digital platform 
  • Lead A/B testing of new features and work with external parties to deliver Goodhood developmental goals
  • Be able to analyse efficiency in prioritising and help plan Goodhood strategic improvements 
  • Conduct thorough research of user flow to propose efficient development plans
  • Work closely and on a technical level with Goodhood developer 
  • Integrate and optimise new technologies

ECOMMERCE ART DIRECTOR AND CONTENT MANAGER

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated person to join our growing E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will display an intuitive understanding of the culture of Goodhood and be able to contribute ideas and fulfil the creative vision across multiple channels. The candidate will have a 360 degree approach to marketing and creative that leads to increased engagement, awareness and sales. The role will be responsible for leading the team of creatives within the e-commerce team to meet daily, weekly and long term deliverables. This multi faceted role requires an individual with exceptional design skills in typography, digital layout, print design, art direction and copy writing while understanding the commercial objectives of the business and be able to answer them with disruptive and engaging ideas. The role requires cross department communication, liaising and strategising with e-commerce managers, press/marketing managers and brand managers to ensure consistency in message while delivering increased sales and awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design team and ensure daily, weekly and long term deliverables are met
  • Maintain and develop Goodhood’s visual identity across digital content design
  • Work with 3rd parties to produce internationally relevant and disruptive content
  • Maintain Goodhood’s visual assets across the e-commerce business and ensure visual consistency across Goodhood channels
  • Collaborate across departments to create optimised content
  • Be able to work with the Creative Director to execute disruptive and market relevant ideas
  • Conceptualise designs for editorial content including fashion editorial spreads, interview features, and articles
  • Collaborate with the technology team and user experience specialists to provide web and interaction designs for online projects and features

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a deadline-driven environment

Goodhood Studio Internship

The internship is a 12 week unpaid opportunity to work in our studio alongside our Photographer and Studio Coordinators. This Internship will allow individuals to gain knowledge in all areas of the studio whilst studying. This is an ongoing position and we are looking for applicants to start immediately. Please note we will only consider applications from candidates currently studying in full time education, or are looking for a placement as part of their course or degree.
