Established in Tokyo, 1994 by young motorcycle enthusiast Shinsuke Takizawa, Neighborhood was built out of a desire for well-designed, premium quality motorcycle apparel. This ethos shines through in the Racing / ENP-Glove. Contructed with four types of constructing materials, the gloves features adjustable custom rubber parts on the wrist.
