UGG’s latest icon, the Otzo Clog, brings together sleek minimalism and everyday comfort through a refined nubuck leather construction, breathable knit lining and contoured footbed. The silhouette is designed for daily wear, so we asked a selection of creatives to style the Otzo in their own way and talk us through the routines, references and rituals that shape their world.

"A video of Andrew Weatherall talking about the human desire for transcendence. I sadly never met Andrew before he passed away, but I’m a big fan of his music, and he was clearly such a wise person and brilliant mind."
What do you do in the Otzo Clog?
I’ll use them to cruise to the park on a sunny day or head to the shop at the end of the road to pay well over the odds for some milk and a loaf of bread.
What was the last dream you remember having?
I was running an aqua aerobics class for a group of ageing celebrities, including Bobby George, the late Paul O’Grady, and Dragons’ Den’s Theo Paphitis. Bobby seemed to be really enjoying it, which I was happy about.

What’s one thing your creative world can’t exist without?
Exercise and clean living. I would really struggle to create without balance in my life, which means plenty of exercise and good eating Monday to Friday.
Can you take us through how you styled your look with the Otzo Clog?
I went for dark, loose-fit denim trousers, which I thought worked nicely with the olive Otzo Clog. I also chose a beige/cream jacket, which I think complemented the olive green tones nicely and contrasted well against the trousers and black long-sleeve top.

What do you do in the Otzo Clog?
I’m always moving around in them, shooting content, styling outfits, and running between coffee shops and creative meetings.
What was the last dream you remember having?
I never remember my dreams. Does that just mean I’m a deep sleeper?
What’s the last thing that made you stop scrolling?
A wholesome dog video always wins me over.
What’s one thing your creative world can’t exist without?
My camera roll. It’s basically a visual diary filled with aesthetic references, outfits, colours, random moments, and things I spot on the street. A lot of my inspiration starts there.
Can you take us through how you styled your look with the Otzo Clog?
I styled the look in a relaxed, effortless way that feels true to my everyday wardrobe. I love oversized streetwear silhouettes, so I paired the Otzo Clog with oversized white trousers and a classic check shirt from Gimaguas, and, of course, a blue sock to finish the look.

"I take a stroll, smell the air, take in nature, and grab a batch brew from my local coffee shop. Because they’re so comfortable, the Otzo has now become part of that routine."
What do you do in the Otzo Clog?
Routine is really important to me and helps keep me healthy. Every morning, I take a stroll, smell the air, take in nature, and grab a batch brew from my local coffee shop. Because they’re so comfortable, the Otzo has now become part of that routine. I rock them on my morning walks
What was the last dream you remember having?
I’ve got the worst memory, so I can’t really remember any dreams other than one I had years ago where I was being chased by a giant Fanta Fruit Twist bottle. I’ve definitely dreamt since then, but I’ve forgotten all of them.
What’s the last thing that made you stop scrolling?
I’ve recently gotten into running, 5K here, 10K there. That gets me away from looking at a screen.
What’s one thing your creative world can’t exist without?
My creative world couldn’t exist without rest. If I show up to sessions tired, busy with life, or with my mind clogged up, it’s hard to get the ideas out. It’s almost like there’s no space for them to meander. When I’m rested and away from the busyness, the creative process becomes way more enjoyable.
Can you take us through how you styled your look with the Otzo Clog?
I usually dress for comfort, and I’ve been super into wide-leg linen recently. It’s great for warm weather and lounging. The detailing on the Lorenz pants is brazy, they feel hand-embroidered. I’ve also got a sick windbreaker and stinger jacket collection because I love a snug-fitting light jacket that’s versatile. This Purple Mountain one is cold. And obviously, you can never have too many white tees. Shoutout Goodhood for the classic.

What do you do in the Otzo Clog?
So far, they’ve been my favourite work shoe and daily driver. I keep reaching for them on studio days, when I’m running errands, and when I’m meeting up with friends.
What was the last dream you remember having?
Honestly, I mostly just have nightmares that I’m pretty sure nobody would want to read about!
What’s the last thing that made you stop scrolling?
A piece of art called Meurtir by a Brussels-based artist called Loan Verbanck. I fell in love with the textures and couldn’t stop going back to their page.
What’s one thing your creative world can’t exist without?
I wouldn’t be able to create without music, it’s the background and foundation for all of my creations. I constantly have an AirPod in and need something playing at all times.
Can you take us through how you styled your look with the Otzo Clog?
I’ve tried to play around with colour and shape to balance out the classic simplicity of the clog. I’ve kept it comfortable, but thrown in a shirt and some shades to smarten myself up a bit. I love an oversized fit, and I feel like the clog complements that style really well.
