We currently have roles for the following position:

1. Own Label Development / Production / Sourcing Manager

This role is geared toward a technically strong, detail-driven product specialist with multi-category experience. You will oversee the entire development and production pipeline, turning concepts into commercially viable, high-quality products across apparel, accessories, soft goods and homeware. You will manage specifications, sourcing, sampling, supplier relationships, cost negotiations, and production delivery, ensuring product integrity, consistency and efficiency across all categories.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Specifications

•    Translate initial concepts from Creative and Buying teams into fully detailed specs and technical documentation.
•    Create and manage spec sheets, BOMs, graded measurements, construction details and tolerances.
•    Oversee fit reviews, sample fittings and technical adjustments with suppliers.
•    Maintain rigorous version control across all development stages.
•    Proactively identify technical or construction risks early and provide solutions.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

•    Research, evaluate and onboard manufacturers across apparel, accessories, lifestyle and homeware.
•    Build strong relationships with factories, mills, material suppliers and agents globally.
•    Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, capacity and terms to achieve target margins.
•    Source appropriate fabrics, trims, components and packaging to Goodhood’s standards.
•    Ensure supplier compliance, quality standards, and ethical manufacturing practices.

Production Management

•    Own the end-to-end critical path from development handoff to delivery.
•    Approve lab dips, fabrics, trims, pre-production samples and production specs.
•    Monitor production progress, resolving issues around delays, materials, sampling or quality.
•    Conduct quality checks (in-person or remotely) to ensure consistency across all categories.
•    Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams on deliveries, intake and launch timings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•    Work closely with Creative, CEO, and Buying teams to align product development with brand vision and commercial needs.
•    Support merchandising and buying teams with costing, feasibility checks and margin analysis.
•    Partner with marketing/e-commerce teams to provide product information and technical insights for launches.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience
•    5+ years in product development, production, sourcing or technical product management.
•    Multi-category experience essential (apparel + accessories; homeware or lifestyle categories a strong plus).
•    Proven track record managing suppliers in the UK/EU and internationally.
•    Experience taking products from initial concept through sampling to bulk production.

Technical Skills

•    Expert knowledge of garment construction, materials, fittings, tolerances and manufacturing processes.
•    Strong technical documentation ability (spec sheets, BOMs, graded size charts, tech packs).
•    Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent tools for specs and technical drawings.
•    Strong costing and negotiation abilities.
•    Excellent critical path and project management skills.

•    Strong communicator with confidence managing suppliers and internal stakeholders.

SUBJECT: Production / Sourcing Manager

 

2 - STORE SUPERVISOR 

We are looking for a confident, assertive and proactive team leader to join us at Goodhood. The ideal candidate should have previous supervisor experience and be confident in leading and motivating a team. 

Key Responsibilities

SALES TEAM AND ACHIEVING TARGETS 

  • Report to the store management team daily, ensuring clear communication throughout 
  • Participate with the management of store staff, always acting as a professional point of contact
  • Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner 
  • Monitor sales information and act accordingly to achieve sales targets and individual KPIs 
  • Oversee all staff are briefed and aware of daily and weekly sales targets  
  • Delegate roles and responsibilities daily to shop staff 
  • Manage till operations, ensuring payments are processed correctly and cashing up is done daily
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, empower team members

TRAINING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE 

  • Ensure staff are delivering high levels of excellent customer service  
  • Participate and contribute to Goodhood shop staff team training sessions 
  • Be mindful of sales in-store, noting patterns, trends, requests etc. and feed back to the team 
  • Liaise with brands on gifting and incentives for store staff 
  • Deal with any customer complaints and issues   
  • Deal with customer returns and contact brands to organise faulty items to be repaired or replaced, ensuring the customer is kept up to date on the situation  

SHOP FLOOR AND STANDARDS  

  • Daily upkeep and standards walk around the store to rectify any issues   
  • Ensure visual merchandising is kept to the Goodhood standard 
  • Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy daily at all times without exception 
  • Make sure the shop fixtures and fittings are in working order and immaculate 
  • Ensure new product is on the shop floor and communicate with the warehouse where product is needed 
  • Run stock checks regularly to ensure all stock and the right quantities are out on the shop floor 
  • Liaise with warehouse regarding missing stock and stock replenishment 
  • Check products are priced correctly, and security tagged 
  • Ensure stock is replenished and the shop floor is fully stocked 
  • Always set a professional standard  

 Preferable Skills:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a 
  • Confident and assertive, able to manage and strive a team 
  • Experience in Shopify or Brightpearl would be beneficial.

3 - SALES ASSOCIATE

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at Goodhood, delivering exceptional customer service and embodying the ethos of our curated fashion and lifestyle offerings. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, making the store enviroment welcoming and vibrant, whilst maintining a customer first mindset.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Clienteling: Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product details to enhance customer service
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is well-organized, whilst keeping on top of store standards.
  • Operational Support: Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work enviroment

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion: Genuine interest in fashion and contemporary culture.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Languages: Additional languages are a plus.
