We currently have roles for the following position:
Temporary Christmas Contract: Online Fulfilment
Reporting: Warehouse; Logistics Manager
Based in either our Warehouse, working alongside the warehouse team and being involved in picking, packing and dispatching web orders:
Successfully process dispatch of all web sales coming through the business end to end.
Ensure all sales are dispatched to meet cut-offs, deadlines and targets.
Ensure orders are packed with immaculate precision to reflect company ideals and packed safely/appropriately where applicable.
Ad Hoc warehouse duties including fulfilment of replenishment for the physical store, returns, and stock movements as required.

As a Sales Associate at Goodhood, delivering exceptional customer service and embodying the ethos of our curated fashion and lifestyle offerings. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, making the store enviroment welcoming and vibrant, whilst maintining a customer first mindset.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Clienteling: Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product details to enhance customer service
- Store Presentation: Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is well-organized, whilst keeping on top of store standards.
- Operational Support: Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and visual merchandising.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work enviroment
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion: Genuine interest in fashion and contemporary culture.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Languages: Additional languages are a plus.
