About the Role
Goodhood is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of our brand growth.
This role is responsible for building awareness, driving engagement and creating cultural relevance around Goodhood, with a particular focus on growing our own brands and developing marketing channels that create measurable commercial impact.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution, working across digital, social, PR, events and partnerships to ensure Goodhood continues to occupy a unique position within global culture.
This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Buying, Creative, Ecommerce, Retail and Brand Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute Goodhood's annual marketing strategy.
• Own the marketing calendar across product launches, campaigns, collaborations and seasonal moments.
• Ensure all marketing activity strengthens Goodhood's positioning as a leading global independent retailer.
• Analyse campaign performance and continually optimise activity.
Own Label Marketing
A key objective of this role is significantly increasing awareness and sales of Goodhood's own labels.

1. E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL ASSISTANT MANAGER
Reporting To: E-commerce & Digital Manager
Role
This role sits at the centre of Goodhood’s digital operation, working directly with the E-commerce & Digital Manager to drive performance across all online channels.
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the website and wider digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard, on time, and with a clear commercial focus.
You will act as a key link between departments including Creative, Studio, Customer Service and Warehouse, helping to keep the digital function aligned, efficient and accountable.
This role requires someone who is organised, proactive and commercially minded. You will be expected to take ownership, make decisions and bring structure to a fast-moving environment, while maintaining the Goodhood tone and standard across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
E-commerce & Trading
- Support the daily trading of the website, ensuring products, collections and content are accurate and optimised
- Own site merchandising, including category curation, product sorting and launch execution
- Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and average order value
- Ensure all product launches are set up correctly and delivered on time
Campaign Execution
- Manage the delivery of campaigns across site, email and paid channels
- Brief and coordinate with Creative and Studio teams to ensure assets are delivered to specification and on schedule

Studio & Production
- Support the management of the in-house studio, ensuring all shoots are planned, executed and delivered on time

About Goodhood
Goodhood is a pioneering London-based lifestyle and fashion retailer known for its progressive curation of brands across menswear, womenswear, accessories, home and beauty. As we open our brand-new flagship space, we're looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to bring our product stories to life and elevate the in-store experience for our growing community.
Role Overview
As Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for the presentation and layout of our new 8,500 sq ft flagship space, ensuring every corner reflects the brand's identity and creative vision.
Working closely with our Retail, Buying and Creative teams, you'll lead the planning and execution of in-store visual merchandising across apparel, accessories, homeware and lifestyle. This is a key, hands-on role for someone with an eye for design, a deep understanding of brand experience and the agility to adapt merchandising to product drops, seasonal themes and cultural moments.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising Execution
- Plan and execute weekly and seasonal visual merchandising updates across all categories
- Lead zoning and product placement throughout the store to optimise flow, storytelling and commercial performance
- Install window displays, POS and signage in line with brand guidelines and seasonal creative direction
Creative & Brand Storytelling
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and content teams to translate campaign concepts into immersive in-store experiences

Commercial Awareness & Retail Insight

Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years of visual merchandising experience, ideally within premium or multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retail

- Able to work hands-on, move stock and build displays with minimal supervision

Reporting To: Café manager + Assistant Café Manager
Work Environment: This position works in a café setting residing in the store. This role routinely uses coffee machinery and serves baked goods.
Role
As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, delivering friendly and attentive service, and helping ensure the café runs smoothly day-to-day. You'll work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards behind the bar, support customers throughout their visit, and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment. 3. STORE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a confident, assertive and proactive team leader to join us at Goodhood. The ideal candidate should have previous supervisor experience and be confident in leading and motivating a team.
Key Responsibilities
SALES TEAM AND ACHIEVING TARGETS
- Report to the store management team daily, ensuring clear communication throughout
- Participate with the management of store staff, always acting as a professional point of contact
- Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner
- Monitor sales information and act accordingly to achieve sales targets and individual KPIs
- Oversee all staff are briefed and aware of daily and weekly sales targets

TRAINING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
