CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR

The Role

You will work with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to formulate new communication procedures, guidelines and policies for Goodhood customer care.

You will chat to customers via email and our helpdesk software each day to resolve issues and answer our customers questions. you will be relied on to make commercial decisions and manage complex problem solving cases. 

You will use software to leverage the manual, repetitive tasks, giving you the ability to focus on what matters most: being a genuine, supportive human for our customers, and taking responsibility for solving the most complex challenges for those customers – and quickly.

You will be passionate and dedicated to our customers and be responsible for the consistent delivery of the Goodhood customer care experience and operational excellence through Goodhoods customer channels, striving to achieve the highest standards possible and drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Management of workflow aligned with KPIs:
  • Answering and resolving customer queries across multiple channels, you will deal with a high volume of email enquiries and these must be cleared each day or in a resolution process as per KPI.
  • Answering and resolving social media enquiries.
  • Converting and managing sales online, utilising any upselling or substitution opportunities.
  • Ensuring that all customer returns are processed promptly and within timing windows.
  • Ensuring that all customer order enquiries are resolved timely in line with store and warehouse teams.
  • Ensuring that issues arisen from customer care enquiries are raised and resolved with correct team(s)
  • Ensuring logistics issues are resolved for customers (you will work closely with all of our carriers to ensure resolution for our customers ASAP).
  • Ensuring external payment provider issues are resolved (e.g. Klarna, Global-E).
  • Ensuring payment issues are resolved alongside relevant team(s).
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Accurate reporting through to wider team and management end of each day

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Candidates will be an excellent team player and communicator, building and nurturing relationships with key and emerging brands (both within and outside Goodhood’s current sphere), and utilising the team here at Goodhood where possible to create exceptional events and marketing projects.

Ideally with experience within events, PR and marketing, and with a proven track record of managing projects, alongside key stakeholders and third parties (where applicable). A resourceful, positive, energetic and forward thinking mentality is essential.

  • Brand Partnerships:

    • Lead and manage Goodhood’s calendar of events and activations.
    • Chair weekly meetings, ensuring follow-ups and actions are taken.
    • Consistently deliver on KPIs, including monthly financial goals.
    • Cultivate exciting, culturally relevant projects alongside larger activations.
    • Act as the main point of contact for brands and partners, offering outstanding service and experience.
    • Create and manage project briefs, scopes of work, and quotes, working closely with the Creative Director and Buying team.
    • Build new business and maintain strong relationships with returning partners.
  • PR / Events Coordination:

    • Oversee the project management of events, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events are well-resourced and run smoothly.
    • Build and manage an inventory of versatile props and POS materials for events.
    • Provide brands with debriefs and post-event insights, including analytics and narratives where applicable.
    • Develop and execute PR strategies, building a strong network of partners.
    • Ensure events stay within budget while maximizing outreach and impact.
  • Collaborations and Special Projects:

    • Work closely with brands to deliver co-branded products and projects.
    • Collaborate with Goodhood’s creative team to manage a commercial and compelling array of collaborations.
    • Drive brainstorming sessions to generate new concepts and innovative ideas.
    • Project manage all collaborations, ensuring timely delivery and impactful launches

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a resourceful, energetic, and forward-thinking candidate with:

  • A proven track record in events, PR, and marketing.
  • Experience managing projects and working with stakeholders and third parties.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships both within and outside Goodhood’s current network.
  • Acute market awareness and a personal passion for shopping, fashion, design, and culture.
  • A solid understanding of social media and influencer outreach to maximize project impact.
  • Impeccable organizational and project management skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Strong Excel skills and a network within the brand and marketing space.

INVENTORY CONTROL OPERATIVE

Work Environment: This position works in a warehouse setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones as well as standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, step ladders and tape dispensers. There is also a driving requirement to the role, delivering stock and non-stock inventory between the store and the warehouse as well as other ad-hoc driving tasks.


Role & Responsibilities
Working within our warehouse team, being involved in all elements of stock and inventory as follows:

  • Responsible for the allocation, picking, scanning and delivery of replenishment stock to our physical store.
  • Promptly receiving surplus store stock back into the warehouse to be available for online sale.
  • Conducting spot checks and cycle counts of stock in both the store and the warehouse.
  • Report on stock discrepancies and identify problem areas and pitfalls, as well as providing solutions and processes to prevent such events.
  • Manage the storage and movement of non-stock inventory items for all locations, allocating them as necessary and aiding in the safe assembly and dismantling of these items.

Requirements

  • Full, clean driver’s license.
  • Experience with WMS and inventory systems preferred.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite preferred.
  • Ability to solve complex problems regularly.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Be proactive and confident in decision making.
