Returns

We accept returns on full price and sale items within 14 days of purchase.

Once your return is registered, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

UK Returns

  • Register your return via our portal: Start a return
  • A Royal Mail label will be generated and deducted from your refund
  • Select your item, reason for return, and refund or exchange preference
  • Returns are processed within up to 7 working days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect or under exceptional circumstances.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

International Returns

We do not currently offer exchanges on international orders.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within the stated timeframes
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Shoes must be returned with original packaging
  • Returns that appear worn or used for styling may be refused

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cosmetic products
  • Earrings
  • Lingerie and swimwear (unless hygiene seal is intact)

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, contact webstore@goodhood.co.uk.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • All faulty items are inspected on receipt
  • We will offer a replacement where available

If a replacement is not available, you can choose a refund or credit note including shipping costs.

Refunds to card typically clear within 1–2 working days. PayPal refunds may take longer.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months and can be used online or in store.

Store Returns

Items purchased in store must be returned within 7 days.

  • Faulty items will be refunded if confirmed by staff
  • Non-faulty items will be exchanged where possible
  • If exchange is not possible, a credit note will be issued (valid for 6 months)

In-store returns are only accepted at our Hanbury Street location.

Important

  • Returns outside of the stated timeframes will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable on international orders
  • If an item arrives without tags, notify us on the day of delivery
