Returns
We accept returns on full price and sale items within 14 days of purchase.
Once your return is registered, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
UK Returns
- Register your return via our portal: Start a return
- A Royal Mail label will be generated and deducted from your refund
- Select your item, reason for return, and refund or exchange preference
- Returns are processed within up to 7 working days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect or under exceptional circumstances.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

International Returns

- You have 14 days after registration to return your item
We do not currently offer exchanges on international orders.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within the stated timeframes
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must remain attached
- Shoes must be returned with original packaging
- Returns that appear worn or used for styling may be refused
Non-Returnable Items
- Cosmetic products
- Earrings
- Lingerie and swimwear (unless hygiene seal is intact)
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, contact webstore@goodhood.co.uk.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- All faulty items are inspected on receipt
- We will offer a replacement where available
If a replacement is not available, you can choose a refund or credit note including shipping costs.
Refunds to card typically clear within 1–2 working days. PayPal refunds may take longer.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months and can be used online or in store.
Store Returns
Items purchased in store must be returned within 7 days.
- Faulty items will be refunded if confirmed by staff
- Non-faulty items will be exchanged where possible
- If exchange is not possible, a credit note will be issued (valid for 6 months)
In-store returns are only accepted at our Hanbury Street location.
Important
- Returns outside of the stated timeframes will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable on international orders
- If an item arrives without tags, notify us on the day of delivery
