RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Everything you need to know about returning or exchanging an item.

What is your returns policy?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you've registered your return, you then have a further 14 days to send your items back to us.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements.

How do I return an item?

All online returns must be registered through our online returns portal: Click Here

International Returns Portal: Click Here

Once your return has been registered, you'll be given the option to use either a Royal Mail QR code or a printable Royal Mail returns label.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

How much does a return cost?

A £5 return fee is automatically deducted from your refund when using our standard returns service.

If you believe your item is faulty or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us before registering your return.

What condition does my return need to be in?

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item has been worn, used, damaged or otherwise does not meet our return conditions.

How should I package my return?

Please ensure your return is securely and suitably packaged to protect the items during transit.

Where an item comes with its own packaging, this should be returned in its original condition. For example, shoe boxes are considered part of the product and must not be used as the outer shipping packaging or have courier labels, tape or other markings applied directly to them.

Shoes should be placed inside a suitable outer box or protective packaging before being sent back to us.

Returns that arrive with damaged, marked or missing original packaging may be refused or may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

Are there any items I can't return?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of:

  • Underwear where the packaging has been opened
  • Earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Cosmetics
  • Fragrances
Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You don't need to return your entire order. You can return individual items or part of your order.

The standard £5 return fee will apply.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. We offer both size and product exchanges, subject to availability.

Please note that exchanges cannot be guaranteed. Selecting an exchange does not reserve or hold the replacement item for you.

Your exchange is processed once we receive and process your return, so the requested item may sell out before your exchange can be completed.

A £5 return fee applies to exchanges.

What happens if my exchange is no longer available?

If the requested replacement item is no longer available when we process your return, we're unable to fulfil the exchange.

In this instance, we'll cancel the exchange and issue a refund to your original payment method, less the £5 return fee.

What is considered a faulty item?

An item may be considered faulty where it has a manufacturing or material defect that affects its quality, appearance or function.

Examples may include stitching or seams failing prematurely, sole separation, broken hardware or fastenings, or material developing an unexpected defect under normal use.

Faults are different from signs of normal wear and use. Natural ageing, general wear, accidental damage, incorrect care and characteristics that are expected of certain materials are not normally considered faults.

For example, leather and suede may naturally crease, soften or develop variations in colour and texture over time, while footwear soles and other high-contact areas will show signs of wear through regular use.

Please note that describing an item as faulty does not necessarily mean it will be considered a manufacturing fault following assessment. Each case will be reviewed individually.

I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?

Please contact us before registering a standard return if you believe your item is faulty or you've received the incorrect item.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs showing the affected area where relevant. Rather than simply describing the item as "faulty", please explain the specific issue you have experienced, such as stitching coming undone, sole separation, a broken fastening or an unexpected issue with the material.

Our Customer Care team will review the information provided and advise you on the appropriate next steps.

When will my return be processed?

Once your return has been received by us, please allow up to 14 working days for it to be processed.

Once processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may then take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Can I return an item purchased in-store?

Items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note only. We do not offer refunds on items purchased in-store.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements.
