Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about delivery, duties and returns.

Shipping

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so the price you see at checkout is the final price paid.

Please note: orders do not ship on weekends. DHL collections take place on weekdays only.

UK

  • Standard Delivery: £6.95
  • Estimated Dispatch: 1 to 2 full working days
  • Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 working days
  • Carrier: DHL

EU

  • Service: DHL Classic
  • Duties and taxes: included at checkout

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship flammable products or liquids outside of the EU.

We are temporarily unable to ship to Russia.

International

  • Services: DHL Express or DPD Air Express
  • Duties and taxes: included at checkout

We do not offer next day delivery on international orders.

Returns

We accept returns on full price and sale items within 14 days of purchase, subject to the exclusions below.

To start a return, log in to your account and register it through our returns portal. Once registered, send your item back using the address provided in the portal.

UK Returns

A DPD returns label is included in all online orders. The cost of this service is £6.96 and will be deducted from your refund.

Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unused and returned in the condition they were delivered in.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original box.
  • Please use a tracked service where possible, as returned items remain the responsibility of the sender until scanned into our warehouse.
  • Your parcel must be clearly marked GOODS TO BE RETURNED and include your Returns Authorisation Number.

If an item arrives without tags, you must notify us by email on the same day it is delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cosmetic products
  • Earrings
  • Lingerie or swimwear where the hygiene sticker has been removed

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received, please allow 1 to 2 working days for processing.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Any additional postage costs for exchanges must be paid by the customer before a replacement item is sent.

For non-faulty returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Please note that customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded on shipments outside the UK.

Faulty Items

Faulty items will only be accepted if the fault was present when the item was delivered. All faulty returns are inspected on receipt. Items showing fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

If a replacement is available, we can send one. Please make this clear when contacting help@goodhood.co.uk.

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

If a replacement is not available, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or a credit note.

Refunds to debit or credit cards usually clear within 1 to 2 days. PayPal refunds may take longer, subject to PayPal processing times.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used online or in store. To use a credit note online, contact webstore@goodhood.co.uk before placing your order.

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions.

If you return an order that qualified for free shipping and request a monetary refund rather than a credit note, our original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.
