Featuring Nomi Kitchen's signature minimalist aesthetic, it pairs a hand marbled bio resin handle with a razor sharp VG10 steel blade for exceptional edge retention and balance. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and control, each knife is hand assembled in Stockholm, with every unique handle offering its own distinctive character.
