Black Weirdos
Black Weirdos was founded in 2010 by tattoo artists MAGDRON and Megumu Kamata, the young Japanese brand has developed a cult following, with a bold and thought-provoking approach, referencing The Big Lebowski, African post-hardcore bands and recreational drugs - to name a few. With an appetite for non-conformity, their collections infuse classic American silhouettes with handfuls of leftfield personality.
This ever-evolving aesthetic pitches prints, patches and patterns against fine materials and waves of psychedelic colour, with the duo's love of music a driving force of inspiration. As well as nods to the Stone Roses Black Weirdo's also set up the OFF-U SOUND RECORDINGS record label, who offer a platform to artists who might not normally get heard.
